Game Summary

On a warm an absolutely perfect day for baseball the Splitters took on the Grays at the Loyola Academy Sports complex in Glenview.  On the mound for the Splitters was Ted Ahr who was masterful in his first six innings allowing zero runs on three hits  with no walks against a solid hitting Grays team. In the seventh after a few misplays by the Splitters , the Grays mounted a rally scoring 7 runs. The Grays had two runners on when a close play at second base ended the rally and gave the Splitters the win. Dave Rosania had 3 hits including a double and 3 rbi, Todd Nahigian also had two hits. A solid perfromance by the Splitters and a great game between both teams.
