Game Summary

Game three of the semi finals , Splitters had veteran righthander Greg Kaczmarek on the bump for the elimination game, Kaz scattered 10 hits, gvinig up four runs against the heavy hitting 2023 Champion Thunder.  Solid pitiching and good defense sprinkled in with some timely hitting allowed the Splitters to come out on top and win the game. In two playoff games against the Thunder Kaczmarek allowed only 6 runs in 14 innings, truly outstanding pitching. The Splitters played solid defense , with Mark Childers turning two timely 5 to 3 double plays.  Congratulations to the Thunder on their first place finish this year and an overall solid season by them.
